They are  the smallest of birds most species measuring 7.5 - 13 cm(in 3 - 5) in length. The order of this bird is Apodiformes .  The average of lifespan is probably 3-5 years. Details about Himmalayan Quail Birds : The Himalayan Quail (Ophrysia Superciliosa) is a medium-sized quail belonging to the pheasant family. The Himalayan quail is native to India, found in Uttarakhand in north-west Himalayas. It's one of the species is "  Superciliosa " and it's genus is a " Ophrysia ". The male superb  lyrebird is 80-100 centimetres long, including his 55-centimetres-long tail. He is dark brown on the upper part of his body and lighter brown, with red-brown markings on his throat. His tail feathers are dark brown above and sliver-grey below.                     Females of the species are smaller than the males, with similar colouring but without the lyre-shaped tail .
